Our posting costs are based on the average real weight price of the product being shipped, which is then rounded up to include the costs of packaging. This means that you’re not paying for any additional hidden extras or secretly paying for the cost of your products in posting fees.

Mannequin Avenue offer a limited warranty for the Marble Effect watch collection, of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after the original purchase date. This is provided that the watch was purchased from an official Mannequin Avenue Stockist. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Please note, the warranty does not cover:
If your watch requires attention within the two years, please contact our customer service team via our website contact page. In the e-mail, please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will give you a return address and details of the return procedure. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and proof of posting costs. Posting costs will be reimbursed. If your watch requires attention outside of the two (2) year warranty, please contact our team via our website contact page with details of the problem and they will be able to quote you for the repair.
Returns & Exchanges Returns
You can cancel and return your unworn or unwanted online Mannequin Avenue purchases via post within 28 days after receiving your item.
Please note, once this 28 day period has expired, we are unable to accept returned goods that are not faulty or are as described and are fit for purpose.
You should ensure that you post your returned item via recorded delivery. Once we have received the item in the appropriate condition, we will refund you in full for the item. If you have damaged the item we will refund you appropriately. It is advisable to speak to one of our Customer Care Team members before sending back your product, if it is damaged, to discuss the refund.
Not 'fit for purpose'
In circumstances where your fashion accessories are not fit for purpose or faulty, we will reimburse your postage fee if you contact our Customer Care Team and provide them with a copy of your proof of postage and the receipt of payment.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Some items are excluded from our Returns Policy. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose.
If your item is faulty or not fit for purpose, we are also able to offer an exchange/replacement for this item. In circumstances where the item is not fit for purpose or faulty, we will reimburse your postage fee if you contact our Customer Care Team and provide them with a copy of your proof of postage and the receipt of payment.
